Architecture of the Topology in the Comparator Circuits for the A/D Converters and Parameter Calculation

Abstract

The main parameters which describe architecture of the circuits for synchronization and reference voltage in the comparators for A/D converters are presented. Dependence of dynamic parameters on analogous signal spectrum and converter precision are calculated. Results of calculation allow to evaluate topological parameters influence on dynamic A/D converter properties. Formulae which show dependence of signal parameters on input impedances of the comparators are derived and calculations done.
