Differential Equations of the Voltages and Currents in the Circuits of ADC Comparators
Abstract
Methodics to build differential equations for the circuits of the comparators in the parallel integrated ADC is created. Methodics evaluates circuits as microstrip lines with distributed parameters and loads as linear or nonlinear impedances. Differential equations are derived to both type of load impedances. Transfer functions of these microstrip lines are derived also.Published
