Estimation of Electronic System Software Reliability
Abstract
There are presented main properties of electronic system (ES) software quality. Properties that determine ES software reliability are separated. There is shown time excess influence to task execution probability. The difference between software segmentation influence to execution term is shown. Software no-failure estimation considering factors that determine software foul-ups is presented. There are presented expressions of crossover from one mode to other probabilities and software complex no-failure probability calculation method.Published
