Investigation of Multi-Channel Sampling Converters with Peak Detecting
Abstract
There are analysed the created multi-channel sampling converters. It is shown that a multi-channel sampling converter with the multiplexer on output has the same characteristics as two-channel sampling converters, when number of channels is no more than 10. Computer and experimental analysis of multi-channel sampling converter with multiplexer on input is shown. It is established that schematics of multi-channel sampling converter with multiplexer on input is simpler and number of channels can be increased over 10. Created multi-channel sampling converters are implemented in measuring instruments for dynamic parameters of fast digital to analog converters, gates, triggers and registers. Results of this work make possible to choose parameters of converter scheme elements to ensure the best transient performance of converter.Published
