Specific Features of Construction for Charge Sensitive Amplifiers

Abstract

We have designed 4 fully integrated charge sensitive amplifiers for pixel detectors M1…M4 witch special feedback elements. Size of chip M4 - 200x 500 mm. Charge sensitive amplifier M4 when input charge 1…20 fC and input capacitance equal 0,2 pF has the following main electrical parameters: low power consumption - 1 mW, equivalent noise charge - 245….247 ē, gain - 44,7…44,9 mV/fC, peaking time - 9,5 ns.
