Modeling of Frequency Converter of Optical Radiation with Active Inductive Element
Abstract
The research of frequency converter of optical radiation with active inductive element on the basis of the FETs are represented. It is shown, that such integrated circuit hasa negative resistance, that has allowed to implement the generator of electrical oscillations. Two FETs realize capacitive elements and the third FETs realizes inductive element of resonant circuit. As photosensitive elements the FETs were utilized. The calculation of dependence of resistance of canal FET on optical radiation power, functions of conversion and sensitivity is carried out. Matching theoretical and experimental results is given.Published
