An Approach to Measure Convergence of CRT

Abstract

This paper presents an approach to measure convergence of CRT on deflection yokes production line, when a three gun monochrome tube is used as a control device. We present results of experimental investigations perfomed in order to select a test pattern and optimal locations of sensors as well. A speed and precision of measurements have been the main issues investigated.
