Abstract

There is analyzed the design method of non-contact differential indication sensors, which is based on the usage of the two beams of light or infrared rays modulated by opposite phases. The suggested method is resistant to many types of disturbances. The universal electronic block structure is given for realization of different purpose sensors based on this method. Two realizations of the sensors are offered in the article. The first sensor is meant for the object to be precisely orientated towards the necessary direction when using the benchmark holes of the object. The second sensor is meant for the precise indication of the indicated distance to the surface of the object. The sensitivity analysis of these sensors is given in the article.
