Control of Dynamic Properties of Electronic Devices
Abstract
There is described systematized totality of technical, methodical and other means used for achievement and main-tenance of electronic device (ED) quality. There is formulated main goal for design, production and exploitation stages. Also it is shown that ED quality dynamics, management systematization and hierarchy of task and function decide ED structure.Published
