Electrostatic Field Strength in Electrode System "Wire Between Two Plane Electrodes with Different Potentials"
Abstract
An analysis of field strength functions on the electrode surfaces and on the axis of symmetry is presented. The variation of field strength on the surface of the wire is in limits of two percents in all the modes of field. Peek's formula is suitable for calculation the DC corona onset voltage in electrode system "wire between two plane electrodes with different potentials".Published
