The Electromagnetic Gauge

Abstract

The electromagnetic gauge with microstrip construction of high frequency circuits and pulsed magnetic system is described. Exiting and receiving circuits are placed in one side of the tested specimen. One is put at the end face of magnetic system. By the choice of geometrical sizes of magnetic system a possibility to achieve a acceptable accuracy of express measurements of semiconductors electrical properties is shown.
