Comparison Criteria of Investigated Statistical Characteristics in Stochastic Diagnostic Systems

Abstract

In this paper there was suggested to use for diagnostics of investigated objects not directly generated random signals, but their measured statistical characteristics. Correct selection of these separation criteria for these variable characteristics allows to simplify essentially classification and diagnostic procedure.
