Control of the Temperature in the Fluid Flow by Semiconductor Sensors
Abstract
Application possibilities of the semiconductor temperature sensors for measurement of the temperature in the fluid flow are analyzed. Possible causes for scattering of the sensor parameters during manufacture were investigated. It was shown, that by additional calibration of the analog temperature sensors it is possible to increase the accuracy of the measurements. The simulation and experiment results are introduced.
