Abstract

Development techniques of estimation structure of tissues is one of the main task in medical diagnostics. At present time for thispurpose is widely using qualitative ultrasound imaging technique, based on the evaluation of the A, B, M scans. In this case significantpart of valuable information, existing in echosignal is inaccessible. New technique for registration, experimental investigationultrasound radiofrequency signals from tissue are presented in this paper. Echospectral methods allow to get additional informationabout tissue structure. It is shown mean spectral frequency is higher for tumour tissue.
