Evaluation of Efficiency of Manufacture Module Control
Abstract
Exploring the problem of efficiency increase of a manufacturing module controling system. Considering the possibility of selecting rational number of hierarchical levels for these systems. When changing the efficiency of systems and efficiency of links between them changes the rational number of hierarchical levels. This prooves the neccesity of using integral value of efficiency rate during all the working time. To illustrate the method used complex of manufacture of integral microchips. Emphasizing that method can be used when manufacture module components makes the set or system. Ill. 13, bibl. 4 (in Lithuanian; summaries in Lithuanian, English and Russian).
