Modeling of Short-term Electrical Actions on Electronic Devices

Abstract

There are presented peculiarities of vktfss electrical action model compiling. Two groups of dynamic action by calculating electronic device no-failure are separated. There are offered ways how to calculate electronic device no-failure taking into account influence of dynamic actions.
