Optimization of Piezotransducers for Two-phase Flow Control
Abstract
The peculiarities of piezotransducers for gas - liquid bubbly flow control are analysed. Optimization of piezotransducer design is performed for water flows with a small volume fraction of air using one - dimensional mathematical model of transducer. It is obtained that transducers with PZT active elements are the best for investigation. Efficiency of transducers may be enlarged by selecting piezotransmitter and piezoreceiver with a bit different antiresonant frequency.Published
