Two Section Interdigital SAW Transducer Model

Abstract

There is presented a generalized model of two section interdigital SAW transducer model, worked out on multipolar basis. There are developed transmission matrixes in which are evaluated SAW losses components, SAW velocity and acoustic resistance changes, non-uniform change distribution within transducer electrodes, second-order effects.
