Holographic Investigation of the Ultrasonic Bending Vibration System

Abstract

It is established that during processing by PC, the installed holographic interferograms of the ultrasonic bending vibrations system's surface, it is expedient to interpolate the distribution of vibrations. The results of different kinds of interpolation are shown by example of experimental ultrasonic bending vibration system. The linear interpolation gives the smallest errors.
