Abstract

In this work discussed about Fourier transform methods for calculation: classical and fast algorithms. By classical methode you can calculate the spectral information only by known absorption waves. Then you want to calculate all spectral information you need to use fast algorithm. In work was done comparison of both methods regarding speed. By fast algorithm calculation of complete interferogram is more quick than classical method, more than one thousand times. Was developed system for comparison speed between these algorithms, compare theoretical and experimental results of these methods. In conclusion we proved that fast Fourier transform is best for practical use for spectroscopy. Developed Fourier signal analysis system can be use for improve metrological characteristics in spectrometers – accuracy, zero drifts, speed detection and c.c.
