The Research of Frequency Synchronization in Carrier Ethernet Backhaul with SyncE Technology
AbstractFourth generation mobile networks, such as LTE Release 10, increases the demand for carrier backhaul capacity to gigabits per second. With mobile backhaul networks migrating from TDM-based to packet-switched network infrastructures, the transport technology needs to face synchronization requirements. This article describes the results of frequency synchronization measurements in working SyncE network on a mobile carrier premises.
