Application of Spectrometry Method for Liquid Analysis
Abstract
While applying method of spectroscopy for qualitative and quantitative liquid measurements, the procedure of spectrum receiving is very important. To get spectrum of measurement materials for interferogram it is recommended to use mathematical filtration procedure. This procedure is used for filtration of outside peaks. This application permits to get exact spectrum of each element. Mathematical filtration procedure allows to get better results of measurements: correlation of results for reference values approach 99,9%, standard deviation decreases about 35%. Qualitative and quantitative measurements data treatment can be applied for IR spectral information with partial least squares procedure. For qualitative applications most of these methods can be performed with or without chemical reference data. There is shown the way for most qualitative work with FT-IR spectrum, which results possibility to be used for liquid analysis.Published
