Abstract

The derived expressions for the calculation of the dynamic characteristics and parameters of the optoelectronic analog-to-digital converter's samplers with different half-wave voltage modulators are presented. The investigation of the influence of the constructive parameters of the modulators on dynamic characteristics of such converters is given.
