Distribution in Unidirectional Transducer Electrodes

Abstract

There is created methodics that enables to compute real charge density distribution of unidirectional SAW transducer with inner reflections in electrodes using universal equivalent circuit model. The mentioned methodics doesn't need empirical parameters that depend on electrode distribution, commutation and configuration.
