Abstract

In this work are offered and analysed structural and principal circuits of mechanical influence sensor, sensible element of which is surface acoustic wave (SAW) delay line. In the known SAW sensors, as well as in SAW delay lines ones, external influence is determined through SAW device frequency changes. According the output parameter to offered sensor may be not only traditionalfrequency, but also amplitude. In this case is achieved add-on SAW transducer with special characteristics of the whole sensor. Add-on SAW transducer workings as frequency discriminator. Analysis of SAW sensor are characterized by a great number of calculations. The most succesful results may be achieved using a model that evaluates non uniform distribution of electric charge on electrodes. In this work is created a model of mechanical influence sensor based on transfer matrixes. A model was applied for modeling and investigation of SAW sensors with add-on transducer. Ill. 6, bibl. 5.
