The Investigation of Magnetic Field Distribution in a Railway Rail Area

Abstract

The distribution of the magnetization of the rails of railroad line is examined. The specific distribution of the magnetization exceeding the permitted level can cause errors in the traffic safety system during the motion of locomotive, leading to the automatic braking of locomotive.
