The force can be varied by varying the electromagnet excitation current, depending on the point coordinates. The dependence of the force on the excitation current, magnetic circuit parameters and magnetic properties is obtained. For the accurate formation of the relief height, the bottom of the electromagnet must be separated at ferromagnetic surface by a small nonmagnetic gap. The modeling results are presented.
