In practise, ontologies often are developed from scratch because formal theories are too far from practical needs, or they are focused on one of quality aspects. The presented methodology allows developing ontologies with regards to quality criteria, applied in various ontology development methodologies, and is supplemented with rules for estimating a number of individuals required for ontology validation.
