Abstract

Education and training in the field of Mechatronics should be supported by experimental learning not only by reading textbooks. Thus, the laboratory is critical in the development of any Mechatronics course. Some particular aspects of mechatronic education and training are emphasized and a comparative study of some education tools is given. The structure and operation of the modular developed equipment, which allows several different applications, are presented.
