Abstract

In order to control rail there are ultrasound diagnostic tools used whose essence and methods of functioning haven’t changed in a few decades. While data storage and management tools develop we discover about new possibilities of diagnostic systems- received signals are processed either mathematically and classified by random method of a process or using other known methods of algorithms. Described experiment is performed as follows: actual signals received during the process of diagnostic are processed mathematically in order to reduce the number of critical factors that of the classification system. The other taken step is to double-check whether the gathered factors are appropriate for the classification itself as well as for the whole system of rail diagnostics.
