Abstract

The calculated frequency characteristics in gigacycle frequency region of electromagnetic magnetoplasmic waves multilayer semiconductor resonators with strong magnetic field are investigated. Investigations are applied with different number of semiconductor plates, which is changed from 1 to 100. When number of plates is large, air clearance between them increase bandwidth, in which number of discontinuities in frequency characteristics can be equal to number of plates. But in wide bandwidth there are many resonances, when phase characteristics are repeatable π. The influence of semiconductor physical parameters to frequency characteristics are considered: carrier density and mobility, dielectric constant and magnetic field.
