Abstract

In this article the conception of integration of quality control methods is formulated. The history of these methods integration in the company “Ekranas”, designing and producing TV tubes, is presented. The research of significant non-conformances’ dynamics is presented, which shows the most problematic area – non-fulfilment of managerial specifications requirements. The list of the managerial tools, used in the company, is presented (total 24 tools). The relation between quality inspection technological tests and statistical quality control methods is commented. The positive impact on TV tubes’ quality dynamics is shown using informative graphical material. There is emphasized that using of the integration principles enables to prognose significant non-conformances. Ill. 10, bibl. 17 (in Lithuanian; summaries in Lithuanian, English, Russian).
